I don’t remember how I met Dana, but I’m glad I did. I’ve done three real estate transactions with him, and he did an outstanding job each time. The first two transactions were buying and selling a property in Easton, MD. Even though Easton is a good distance from Dana’s office, he always made  himself available whenever I wanted to view a property. I found a house I liked, and Dana worked his magic to get me a good price on it. I had intended to move into the house permanently, but I found that obligations I had in Anne Arundel county meant I was having to commute back and forth every day, so I ended up asking Dana to sell it for me. He found a buyer, and I ended up selling it for about 15% more than I bought it for. Most recently I contacted Dana to buy another house in Easton, as my situation had changed. Dana’s commission was extremely modest to begin with, and due to some financial difficulties on the seller’s side, he ended up eating some of that commission to get the sale to go through. I’ve always found him to be very responsive and always felt that he was working hard to represent my interests. I’ve worked with five real estate agents in my life including Dana. One was a dud; the other three besides Dana I felt were very good, but Dana is by far the best I’ve worked with.

My boyfriend is one of Dana's repeat customers. And Dana is nothing short of amazing. He's EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the area, the market, home renovations/repairs... you ask it, he has the answer! So thorough and dedicated to helping us find our dream home, which we closed on today 🙂   Can't recommend him enough!

Dana is a class act. Very knowledgeable about the Annapolis Baltimore area. He always responded to emails and phone calls, gave very honest answers and never pressured me for a decision. When looking at properties ,he would always find the problem areas or flaws with the property and point them  out to me. Let me just start by saying prior to working with Dana I had a very difficult time selling my home. Dana was wonderful to work with throughout our home buying process. We were first time home buyers and Dana held our hands and guided us through the entire process. Our A/C broke shortly after closing and Dana was even nice enough to drive to our new house and drop off a window unit that we could  use in the meantime.
